  • Provide technical and onboarding support to enterprise clients representing several million in combined ARR, ensuring smooth deployment and long-term satisfaction.

  • Manage an average of 15–20 tickets per day with a 55% one-touch resolution rate and 90%+ CSAT, ensuring fast and reliable support for both enterprise and self-service customers.
